Transitions campus is nestled in the charming, quiet residential Merriam Park Neighborhood of Saint Paul.  Transitions Outpatient Program and sober living residences are all within walking distance of each other–designed to promote a strong community based environment with frequent peer-to-peer interaction.  Among the hundreds of recovery based meetings taking place each week, many of them are within walking distance of Transitions.

Due to Transitions midway proximity to the Saint Paul/Minneapolis border and close to light rail transit and bussing, clients have easy access to a diverse arena of various recreation and entertainment activities, numerous colleges and universities and an abundance of employment opportunities.
