Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program
Transitions Recovery Program provides co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency treatment services to enhance an individual’s quality of life in body, mind, spirit, and community. Our program offers personalized, client-centered, evidence-enhanced, and process-oriented treatment protocols. Clients receive group and individual counseling, education, and support to help them achieve their goals for a life that is purposeful, healthy, and productive.





Typical Daily Treatment Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Treatment sessions are tailored to meet the needs of individual clients and to respond to the current group dynamic. A group session typically includes the following therapeutic elements:
- Guided meditation.
- Elicit and process individual client needs to be addressed during this session (i.e., recent challenges or success in recovery; relationship, employment, legal, or health-related issues; etc.).
- Identify and discuss skills to address issues brought by clients.
- Skills development and discussion.
- Client education.
- Group therapy/open talk.
In addition, the counseling staff meets weekly with clients for individual sessions that include counseling, therapy, goal review, practical assistance, and service coordination with treatment partners (i.e., medical and mental health providers, social services, employment, education, etc.).
